Stopped in while on vacation and was thrilled with the terrific customer service! Staff were kind and helpful and knew their stuff. Bought some scrumptiously soft bamboo yarn in glorious colors. Loved the variety of fibers and patterns. I'd stopped in another store nearby, and the staff weren't near as kind. At Angel Hair, I overheard a customer ask for a particular yarn, and a staff member called the competing store to try and locate it for the customer. She gave the customer directions once she confirmed that the yarn was available elsewhere. That's amazing service to be willing to send customers to a competitor. (Given that the competitor in question had left a bad taste in my mouth, it was hard not to warn the customer as she left!) I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town.
