Give yourself plenty of time to meander when you stop here! Located in the old downtown area, it is truly like entering a cozy little nest. Only it's not little...it's huge! Beautiful wood floors and old brick walls add to the ambience. She has a lovely little sitting area inside as well as out on her balcony, however, by the time I'm done ferreting through all the yarn my time is usually up and I never get to actually knit! The owner and her employees are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. If you're into socks, the owner, Antje Gillingham, is the author of both "Knitting Circles Around Socks" and "Knitting More Circles...". Her first book was so thorough I was able to successfully knit my first pair of socks as a beginning knitter after only having done one washcloth! Check it out!
