Just when you think you are in the middle of nowhere and all hopes of finding quality yarns are lost, you will arrive in John Day, Oregon and find Skeins. I found it to be just full of wonderful yarns and an extensive collection of knitting, spinning and weaving books. They also have spinning and weaving products; along with all the knitting supplies you would ever need. I could spend the whole day in there! Teresa is an expert knitter and is very helpful when faced with a knitting question/problem. I always stop at this shop when I'm in the area.
