Yarntopia is a dream come true for this experienced knitter/beginning crocheter. They have a delicious variety of yarns and patterns. The shop is flooded with natural light, making color selections a snap. Yarns are arranged largely by weight, so it's easy to find comparable yarns for a project. It's in a nice neighborhood with plentiful parking, accessible from Grand Parkway, I-10 and Westpark Tollroad. Thursday nights are a great way to meet local knitters and crocheters!

Yarntopia has the most beautiful selection of yarn in the Houston area. The shop has a regular following of customers, and sometimes it can be difficult to get service since they are often chatting amongst themselves forgetting their other customers. Shop is still fairly new, so I'm sure they are still learning the business. The knitted and crocheted sample garments, purses, etc. strewn around the shop are truly inspiring for those of us who wish we had more time to knit! Kudos for this lovely store!

I am a new knitter. I can go into Yarntopia with a project that I don't know how to fix, and these ladies are so helpful. Everyone who comes in feels like family. I love the yarns and am getting more brave by trying new classes and patterns. These ladies are the most supportive people I know. I LOVE this place!
