I have been going to this shop since it opened. It's services have gone downhill steadily. If you place orders you may not see them for many months. I also have people tell me outside of the store that they go in and never get greeted or waited on. There is never enough yarn to finish a project. The owners try to sell more than you want to spend. I have given up on the place.

If you haven't shopped here lately, you're in for a surprise. Everything from customer service, product selection, to lighting has been updated and improved. One of the premier yarn shops in the Great Lakes area.
