Nancy's knitting shop is a warm, welcoming place where knitters of all ages are welcome to shop, knit, learn, and socialize. Any afternoon, Tuesday through Saturday, will find ladies (and the occasional well-adjusted man) gathered around Nancy's table, drinking her coffee, ordering take-out, bemoaning knitting problems, solving knitting problems, and laughing.

Nancy's knit shop is more than wonderful!! In addition to the variety of quality yarn available, you will find a welcoming environment. Come visit...sit and knit or crochet...have a cup of coffee...become a part of the delightful atmosphere!! We are all so thankful that Nancy opened the shop, almost two years ago! I am especially thankful for the many new friendships I have forged with such a diverse group of women who enter the shop!! Come see for yourself!!

We visited this wonderful knitting shop on a trip to Shreveport, LA. It is located in a cute and quaint little shopping center, looking like little cottages. :-) The owner, Nancy, and another lady, Ann; were VERY welcoming and SO nice. I so wished I would have brought my knitting with me to sit and knit with the group of ladies. Next time, I'll have to remember to take it along with me. :-)

My sister lives in Shreveport and when I come to see her this summer this will be my FIRST stop! And I will bring my knitting. Can't wait to see your beautiful shop!!!

thanks to nancy for getting such a wonderful shop together. i love to visit and knit-all to infrequent--it is the best and nancy and all the ladies of the shop are wonderful and supportive. i learn something new each time and and unravel my questions and errors --come on everyone and support a wonderful woman's business and a wonderful yarn shop and more

I recently spent what I thought was going to be a boring week in Shreveport, LA. while my husband was on business there. Luckily I Googled yarn shops and found Nancy's. I have never been to a more welcoming or inspiring shop. The staff were helpful and there was no pressure whatsoever to buy (although I did because their yarn and books were so enticing). I was welcomed like an old friend -- if you are in the area or anywhere near it would be a day well spent to visit Nancy and the crew.
