I visit Hudson Valley Sheep & Wool Company often. The staff and owner are very warm and inspiring people.They share their knowledge and experience about knitting, crocheting, spinning or what have you. They sell their fabulous spun yarn creations, specializing in shetland and icelandic. But their store has a collection of yarns for any imaginable project. The shop is my one-stop shopping locale for all my spinning fiber needs. The sheep are right there, as is their beautiful sheep dog. It's a slice of heaven in the country!!
