Participation Instructions:
Only one Passport may be used per person.
The person whose name is on the Passport must present it in person to receive a stamp.
Shoppers must visit all participating shops in a Region to be eligible for a Regional prize. A different random number will be assigned to each Region you complete, thus increasing your chances of winning one or more prizes if you complete 2-8 Regions.
Shoppers must visit 5+ participating shops (they don’t have to be in the same Region) to be eligible for a 5+ Store prize.
All winners will be selected by random drawing.
You must be 18 or older to win.
Passports must be turned in to any 2019 AISH participating quilt shop or mailed back to the All Iowa Shop Hop, PO Box 221, Mount Vernon, IA 52314 postmarked by July 6, 2019 to be eligible for the prize drawing.
PLEASE PRINT CLEARLY. Passports must be legible to be entered into the prize drawing.
