If she isn't sure about something to do with spinning, or another area, she knows someone who is and will get you connected. Her selection of fibers is stellar and well priced. She is very tuned into what her clients want and responds accordingly when she orders new yarn. There is always complimentary tea, coffee and cocoa available too! And kids are more than welcome.
